Dunno about acetone haven't tried it yet.

I do know my Turbo Dodge bracket racer really came to life when we doped the fuel with Toluene to boost the octane. The difference was like day and night.

Hey, what have you heard about mixing some acetone in with the fuel?
I haven't done it but some have sworn by it.

Alcohol deteriorates rubber parts, Acetone will positivly corrode them.

Just googled acetone added to gas.
Some sites make great claims, complete with graphs and explain the molecule reaction and so on.
Other sites debunk all claims.

Model airplane fuel is methanol with a little oil.

And usually 10%-15%  Nitromethane.

Diesels started to gain popularity about the same time I gave up crashing R.C. Airplanes.

Made me wonder what two stroke motorcycle would run like if it were converted to diesel in the same fashion as diesel R.C. engines.

Model airplane fuel would not be economical at 15 bucks or more per gallon.

Glow fuel is expensive,,,I was curious about the principals of R.C. diesels like this
http://dieselrc.com/
but with design technology scaled up to say 250cc  ;D just for the fun of it.

made the mistake of putting a blend in my truck..cost the same as real gas and cost me close to 5 miles to the gallon..yep .. sounds like a way for those in the know to make more money, classic autos can't use it.. nor BMW motorcycles..  rots the line

Very close to 90 dollars, some one had better find something that works,---- quick.

They are not a big bike-- I suppose some pedals would work on the flat bits.

Or a big rubber band that you can wind up with an electric drill at night.

China band 2 stroke motorcycles -overnight  Now you see em now you dont.

China makes more electric commuter bikes than all the rest of the world put together.

Such a handle on things might not be a bad idea compared to the West which would take years to do something like that,      done gone--finished with, get over it.

Israel is building 55 recharge station across the country. The Renault electric will be the car used 2011 it will function.

America will be last, you not even thinking about it as you import 1 billion dollars of oil per day.

America is a big fat walrus--sooo big and fat it cant get back into the sea, as it sits they growling at everyone else.  Theres only a few  things that will happen to that walrus,--it can loose weigt or it will die and rot and the birds will peck at it till there is nothing left and the other young nimble seals will point their flipper at it and laugh.

Model airplane fuel is methanol with a little oil.

Model airplane fuel is most often a 15 to 20% Castor Oil :P (which leaves a gummy residue all over the model) the rest is methanol with 3 to 10% Nitro Methane.  When some of the air headed bureaucrats in Washington D.C. learned that we were flying on "Nitro" They tried to put added regulations on us. I suppose they thought it was nitroglycerin, and we would fly into the side of the Court House or something ::)

if it has to do with energy, pills, or instant-hamburgers ... it'll be slow to change here.  those fat cats rule and and are pretty good at getting the tv to tell the dinosaur brains what "good americans" should be thinking.

Electric vehicles are all well and good in theory but poor in practice.

Charge for 8 hours to drive up to 2 hours then charge for 8 more,,,,,,

ll pass on iEPV's until a battery pack is invented that is the same size and weight as five gallons of gas and re charges as almost as fats as a fill up gives the same range.
