In a recent book just published by a White house senior it has been revealed that on the day of the Monica lewinski scandal Bill Clinton misplaced the code numbers to activate a nuclear response.
        It was named "the biscuit" a credit card size item to be held by the president at all times, he lost it,--
     The same day that he looked into the TV camera and lied to the world "I did not have sex with Monika Lewinski"  he had spent the entire day in a panic looking for the "biscuit".

   It was lost for 6 months, apparently had there been an attack America was unable to make a response during this time.

   Ille betcha thats not true you know!!!  I would be horrified to learn that it was 100 % true,  ie that the presidents say so was necessary. What if he was shot , what if he froze and could not make a decision like kennedy was rumored to do frequently in the Cuban crisis.

     Kruschoff I heard told kennedy in the Kremlin that he would fire on US and annihilate USA. Kennedy it is reported just stood there and could not speak totally intimidated as Kruschoff laughed.

   Anyway  Obama !--  I would like to believe that he was just given it to make him feel good.
