I took the test here in Maryland through the Harley school.... The only Money I'll every spend there. Anyway Your instructor is crazy to tell you to lock both wheels in a quick stop. A quick stop must be controlled. You might lock the rear but you dint want to. adjust your rear brake to lock only by mashing your foot. you can adjust your foot pedal so you dot have to tippy toe your right foot. read the post on rear brake adjustment. theres my 2 cents.
