What a great tape GORILLA Tape is !  Well, I looked for it, bought it and found many uses.  I am convinced it is one amazing tape - yep, better than Duct Tape.

So far, I used it on my clutch cable that was ripped due to my mistake - used a square edged screw driver to unscrew the fork plug screw-cap and it rubbed off the clutch cable, tearing it a bit.
Used Gorilla Tape on my motorcycle cover - was coming off the seams.
Used it to patch a hole in my black nylon-exterior pant - that had touched the red hot exhaust pipe and instantly there was a hole.
The manufacturer warns that it is not electric tape - it may look like one.

What have you used it for ?  What was your experiene with it ?

I agree it is the best/strongest duct tape out there. Use a small diameter dowel and roll a few yards on it for your tool kit.

My workshop shoes have been held together with it for about a year. Come to think of it - quite a lot of the workshop is held together with it too....

Home Depot is selling little mini rolls of it.  I bought two and threw one in each of my tank bags.
