You just reach down and wank the throttle cam at the throttle body. I did the "no hands" first for about two miles - but I was a chickenshit and kept my left hand on the top of the tank and I was tucked. I didn't sit up in the wind, play with my cell phone and look around at the scenery ...... old Mo' Money is a ridin' FOOL! - He's seriously better than most ... seriously. I'm old and rickety compared to him .......  ....... but I ain't TOO skeer'd!
