Wouldn't you know it, two days after I got the C5, this:

60% chance here today and it has been raining all week..  Just got aggravated and road to work anyway. There is only so much cage driving a person can take.

Think about how cool your engine will run during break in, not bad after all. AND how tasty the coffee will be  as you warm up!  ::)

Yeah, ride anyway!  I hear ya though - it's obvioulsy more fun when it's NOT raining.  We usually only get that light off and on drizzle around here, not the heavy downpour stuff, so I bet you'll still have plenty of decent weather windows over the next few days.  Just keep an eye on the hourly forecasts and the radar maps.  I manage to ride year round in Seattle without hardly ever wearing raingear, just by doing that and being a little flexible with my driving times.

We will have to figure out a good time to have another meet up soon so I can lay my eyes on your fine new Chennai chariot!

It was a pretty nice day here around Puyallup and Tacoma. No rain.

By the way, congrats, Prof_stack, on the new Enfield. Do you still have your Guzzi??

   Take care, Jon

Thanks Jon!  The Guzzi got sold on Craigslist.  I got bored with it.  Never rode it.

We did get rain today in Seattle, but I was back in the classroom.  Here's hoping for a decent Saturday to get out and put some miles on the gorgeous C5.
