Thank you for the link back to your post.  I actually looked before I asked the question, but I have not figured out how to do a search ;by Poster yet. 

That was a good report.  It must have been disconcerting to have to deal with the tranny issues, hopefully they recalled it during the Winter!  Your winters in Jersey are not as long as ours in NH but riding weather is precious in any season and a bike being down for a recall is the very definition of frustration.

Any case, thanks for the note. good luck on the next 5000 miles,  I hope to be filing a similar report myself one day, 'cept mine will be trouble free!
