I don't care what you say, I spent three hours cleaning and polishing my bike and I SWEAR it's running smoother.....  :D

Hahaha!! I know that this not a fantasy, either .... I think that polishing makes the air resistance less and the bike DOES go better .... at least mine and yours do ....   ;)

Yea, I have a friend who thinks his bike goes faster when he wears his leather jacket.

That doesn't make a lick of sense.  The only thing that can scientifically make your bike faster is racing stripes.  That is why the word "RACING" appears in it.

Makes sense to me.  I do, after all, know that a new pair of sneakers makes run faster, jump higher, and stop faster!

Sorry, can't agree with stripes alone. The key is green. Specifically, British Racing Green. You see, it has green and racing in the name!

Now, if you add the strips to a clean BRG bike, well....now you have three things in your favor. ;D

Funny, My Bike gets gentle wiping when I feel like it, but I feel the dirt makes the military model look more genuine, and it still runs great! Go figger...

You're onto something here.

Slickery mud bug trails make my military idle smoothly even when upside down.

I don't understand the hypoquantumrocketsurgeryphsycics that make it work but it does.

Everyone knows black is the fastest color.

I must retreat to my place of Zen and meditate on this.
