Went for a 100 mile run today. Got 50 miles into the sticks, out of cell phone range, and discovered I'm dripping oil at a rate of 60-80 drops a minute from my air box.

Then on the way home, my primary shifter seal starts to spew at a tremendous rate ( she was leaking slowly before) .......Its a good thing I had a full liter in I think its down to 420mm now :D ( parts been on order for a week)

Eveything is under complete control, got home topped up engine oil( 1pint) fixed loose oil breather hose. Change ruined paper air filter. The rest is in  mail

Stupid post uuh?

Nobody thought it exciting to be 50 miles away from civilization and have two good oil leaks at the same time, and make it home with levels still in limits?

If it was pissing oil out and you still had the right level when you got home then its obvious.

It was overfilled.---- Easy--and Im not a rocket scientist or anything.

I am still waiting on parts to arrive in the mail. I need the primary shifter seal.

The motorcycle looked  like a B-17 engine with a bullet  hole in the oil cooler. What a mess.
