I rode up to a British Bike show/tell/parts event in North Phoenix today.
Lots of Triumphs, some BSA's, a Matchless 350 single and several Nortons. For a while, I had the only street legal Royal Enfield and it got a lot of attention.
One guy had a Royal Enfield 350cc Fury in the back of his pickup truck. It was set up for flat track with no front brake.
The competition cylinder head on that bike was huge! Doing a little reading I see where the 350 Fury was apparently only made in 1961? He only wanted $7,000 for it so I let him keep it.
As I was leaving, I did see a green Royal Enfield Iron Barrel parked so I stopped for a bit to see if I could locate the owner.
After three different people asked me about my G5, the owner of the Iron Barrel still hadn't shown up so I left for home.
If he's/she's a member here, perhaps he/she will speak up?
Anyway, it was a nice day for a ride with the temperatures in the low 60's (F.).
