I'm resigned to building bird houses out of scrap wood...On no. 6 and still counting...Taking my time and they are looking great...I really need to replace the Enfield chain and some small bits...It will  have to wait till spring. it's just ugly weather for the next few weeks..
Oh Magoo you done it again

speaking of crates, and next season .......   How's your carpentry project coming ?

Hmm... not sure which one you mean.  The second story roof stays put - winter and all that.  The livingroom cabinet doors are ready to install, but I'm a lousy painter with high standards - bad combination!  I've managed to lose the fancy expensive sanding discs for polishing up the finish of my newest hurdy-gurdy, so that's a bust...

Oh, you mean the bike?!?  Still sitting there...  ;)

Sorry if I've confused you with someone else.  One of the group members was planning a nostalgic tongue&groove wooden crate for the luggage rack on his B5.

Not me.  Although, now that you mention it - a tongue-and-groove mounting of my new tail light...  it's save me from drilling new holes!  hmm....

Sent it psychic messages of love as I grumbled through cleaning 10" of new snow out of the driveway.

Have a good day...Wish I were there!
By the way, I got a printed version of the Hitchcock Bible yesterday! Lots of neat stuff in there! NFG hasn't done me the favor, yet!

After having to re-connect the HT cap (Plug Cap) last night after some whit had removed it whilst I was working. Rode to work this morning with only the minor hitch of a momentary stutter whilst accelerating onto the freeway but had an uneasy feeling that all was not well. This afternoon bike would not start . Suspect something was in the fuel.  So tomorrow will be spent finding out what they really did.

Might I suggest a "Louisville Slugger" accessory for your commute?

Very tempting. Problem is no external video at our yards parking lot so don't know whom to suspect.

Yesterday, removed my solo seat cover and installed a gel pad under it. Went for a 150 mile ride out to Lucerne Valley and back, cant feel the nuked prostate anymore. Success ! Last night went out and checked the 7" headlight adjustment I made, spot on. 2 for 2 ! Drained and flushed the fork oil when I got back and this morning refilled the forks with 10 wt. BelRay and went for a test ride. OMG what a difference! All I need is for the Ravens to win today now !
