Just got back from a WET ride. I took my chance that it wouldn't open up and lost that bet big time. Haven't been out in that much rain for quite a few years.
I was testing whether the fuel sensor was truly out of commish. The low fuel light was off at first, as normal, but came on for most of the ride. Funny, when I firmly turned the handlebars left to right the light would go off for a bit, then return to on, when there was a lot of gasoline left.
After filling it up and waiting for the rain to stop, the fuel light was off as expected, but came on shortly thereafter and stayed on.
Anyway, the bike cleaned up fine. I really like the Prowler spray wax purchased from the nField store.
