Resurfaced my pressure plate and ordered new steel and friction plates from Mr. H's. Also ordered up a 21 tooth sprocket. Between the new clutch parts and the 21 tooth sprocket, I should be able to run a descent 1/4 mile now and hopefully hit The Ton!

It's nice having the right tool for the job! I used a 18" wide table belt sander. Don't worry about the surface not being true, the table surface is actually a sheet of glass, as we use it to true Subaru engine heads for our engine rebuilds and head gasket replacements. I still had to work it for a while to get ALL the grooves out of there, I think I spent a total of 15-20 minutes sanding on it. But it looks just as good as if I paid someone $45 to resurface it for me.
