Performed final adjustment of my Cobra seat, swapped the Bosch POS for a NGK BPR6EIX and set gap at minimum. Put a few miles on her and the difference was quite noticeable:
---The mill now settles into a nice idle within seconds of start;
---Power response is much better, and faster than previous.
During the ride I noted the speedo wasn't working, so pulled the headlight ass'y and found the cable had disconnected from the speedo. Reconnected it and while in there removed the Headlight jumper.
I also noticed that the rat's nest of wires so commonly referred to here was non-existent, so somebody at the factory has been lurking in here and taken note. All leads were nicely shrouded and relatively neatly organized.
