Went over to Hudson, Fl and picked up my parts bike that I got on ebay..

The seller was a really nice fellow and knew the RE dealer over there.. It seems the dealer "Pasco Cycle" closed up shop a few months ago.  It is sad,  I bought my 07' from him and thought he was a good guy.  Selling bikes is a rough way to make a living..  So that dashed my hopes of stopping by to look at a UCE bike..

We then when to Tarpon Springs for the day. I took this picture there.  Really cool place with lots of history and good Greek dining...

Back to the bike..

Its very completed, does not run but is not seized up..  I am fighting the strong urge to restore it.  I really should, and will be parting it out... It just feel a bit of a shame to destroy a potentially nice ride just for parts...

My insides tell me to sell my leakey 07 and fix the 99 up, but my wife would not go for that as we paid over $4500 for the thing and I personally really do love the 5spd gearbox..    So I will be scrapping the bike in this picture,,, oh well...   :-\

Nope...  Not hard to get though.. PO had passed away and it had been sitting outside for quite some time.. Think the family or property owner just got rid of it and my bike salvage guy went and picked it up.

Ace,
I assumed that you were asking about the RE. If not...NO. No title ... I bought a frame and title on the internet for $150.00 and spent a winter making the transplant.

The '90 LT title became an '87 RS title, but what the heck. It runs like a watch, gives me 45 mpg, and has the best weather protection of any bike I've ever ridden. Including the new Jenny-U-Wine B M W bags all of it for less than $2K.
