My wife and I are heading over to the UK on Wednesday . We are going to be in London for 2 nites and then down in Dorset for about 6 nites. There is a Royal Enfield dealer in Dorset by the name of Three Cross Motorcycles that I'm going to try to make it to. I'll bring T shirts back for everybody or maybe I'll just take some pictures of any REs I see. I wish I could make it to Hitchcock's but its in the other direction.

Tee Shirts are nice, but tight around the neck. I'll just take pint and some Beefeater.  ;)

Phil I'll bring you a pint but if the flight home runs into any turbulance I can't guarantee how much will be left in the glass.

Hi Redcat,
You will enjoy Triple cross, I'm always like a kid in a candy shop when I'm down that way. we are a county away in Somerset. You will be pleased to know the weather here is excellent at the moment.

Well we made it back over the weekend and we had a great trip. The only problem was our first night when we took a train into London from the Airport. We took a cab from the train Station and when we were about three blocks from our hotel the cab driver struck a pedestrian. The pedestrian was with a group of people and the police arrived in minutes with medical aide. The Law didn't express any interest in us so we paid the cabby and walked to our Hotel so we don't know how the poor guy made out.
Other than that we had a great trip. We did make it to Thee cross Motorcycles which was about an hour South of where we were staying in Dorset. It is a huge Triumph Dealer with at least fifty of them in stock. There were five Royal Enfields in Stock. One Scrambler/Woodsman, one Cafe Racer and the rest were Classics. I was hoping to pick up some shirts with RE on them or even Triumph and the dealer's name but they didn't have any(sorry Ice). It was a pretty large , impressive Sales and service Dealer with the emphasis on Sales.
Skippy the weather didn't hold out as well for us ,about half the days were rain /fog, but the rain didn't fall inside the White Lion Pub. It is a great Country full of some great folks.

Yeah redcat the weather here has taken a bit of a nose dive but I'm glad to hear you had a great time and found the ale to your liking, we are very much looking forward to visiting your side of the pond as we fly into Denver on the 5th of July for a 2500 mile road trip, just wish our £ bought a few more of your green backs.  ;)
