It's an Alvis Stalwart. Amphibious truck. I went to the War and Peace show last week. It's the largest military show in the world. And full of toys!

You have to chop two chains to get the bike loose, only one for the generator. Guess which one in more important.

That's the one I as referring to. Those contraptions out in the oil fields look just like that bird! Actually they are the pumps that suck the oil out of the ground.
