I was perplexed to find no phone number right on top... it is the in the contact us section though.  My fear was that things had changed in that I wouldn't be able to talk to someone about my order.

However, I did speak with a very nice woman who was perfectly helpful.

they must be sick of us harassing them with stupid questions, and are trying to make their number hard to find.

Brothers and Sisters, we are all merely experiencing start up pains!  I ask you to please put your hands over your hearts, as I am doing now, and answer the following question:

Were you guys and gals (and was I) really all that cool on your (my) first dates?   8)

C'mon, ladies and gents, let's not forget all those posts a lot of us made under Br. Vince's thread titled "The other side of the counter".  Do you think the folks at CMW want to decrease their revenue stream on purpose?  Do you think President Barack Hussein Obama is a hawkish Catholic priest who says Holy Mass on Sundays along side the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican?

Rx: Have yourselves two loud laughs and call me in the morning!  :D :D

C'mon, c'mon...   ;)

I don't want to go out with anyone at CMW.  However, now that you mention it, I DID get an answering machine when I called.

Maybe they ARE using caller ID?!

I stopped in for a visit with my old friends at CMW. They are still there and willing to help out a customer. They are, however, a smaller staff and business is picking up. I suspect the answering machine picked up because everyone was already on the phone helping someone.

Fear Not for they are the same great people you have grown to know and love.

"I don't want to go out with anyone at CMW."  UncleErnie

:D :D :D  That's pretty good, Br. Ernie!  Here's another knee slapper for you: I'm not in bed with anyone at CMW.  ;)  I have made judgement calls for and against CMW!  In my judgement, the start up pains are the results of an understandable and temporary situation!  And riding a Bullet is still better than dating a cheerleader!  8)

We have several different phone schemes. Last year we had an automated attendant take all calls which asked you which extension you wanted. You would pick one and if that person happened to be right there it would ring through or it would go to their voicemail. It was a lot easier on us, but we felt that too many calls were going to voice mail. We then turned off the attendant so now you get a real person. right away unless we are all busy. Then you get the machine. It is spring and in spring it is busy, All of the stuff people meant to order during the winter is not getting ordered. Just like trying to get your bike in for service on the first nice spring day.

If you get voicemail it is because all of our lines are busy, simple as that.
Best Regards,
