What do you meanby 'wiring harness smoke'?
I do not understand its concept.

These are all joke products (except the potato, which is only half joke). There are long running jokes about blinker fluid, left handed monkey wrenches, bucket of steam... and wiring harness smoke, which you don't want, but could be considered common on some old bikes.
