  • Finally... something exciting between my legs.
on: March 06, 2010, 06:04:46 am
I've been taking everything in my house apart when it makes a funny sound.

My vacuum was making a strange VRRR PING CLANG and it now lies in pieces in my living room.  Do I know what is wrong with it?  Heck no!  Much like my Enfield.  :P  I'll be lucky if I can just put it back together.

This little bike has brought out a strange side of me, but I'd better put my grandmother's clock back together before she finds out.

On the eighth day God created the C5, and it was better looking than anything on the planet.

As the wise Master Po once said, " Even the longest journey begins with a single step, Bug-catcher."

"First, you must walk across the rice-paper mat, without leaving a trace".
"Then, you must be able to snatch the pebble from the Master's hand".
"And when you can build a Ton-up Bullet, THEN you are ready".

Sr. BC, I suggest you ensure "grandmother's clock" does not run backwards after you put it back together!  :D

The medical term for your condition is "Extreme Mechanical Awareness". Wellcome to the club, some have had this condition (E.M.A) their whole lives. On the plus side its not fatal, and comes in really handy when the toaster breaks.

True enough.

E.M.A. in advanced forms can manifest itself in different ways.
I have a four slice auto ejecting flash toasting toaster, and a blender with an extra button above frappe labeled " molecular fracture " .
No matter where you go, there, you are.

If a right side gear shift conversion can be done using mostly stock parts, I suppose this one can be as well. Come to think of it, modding a blender's motor to accommodate a miniature particle accelerator shouldn't be too hard. You already have the magnets in place, just alter the coils! :P
