  Looks almost like an Indian 74 cube engine on that bike.  Very sharp looking set-up.

If it matters, the Indian Fours were a little bigger than the V-twins (and made less horse power than a stock Bullet).*

Very cool looking bike, but I have to wonder if it's actually rideable.  I guess that's not really the point, though.

I just read about that exact bike in the latest issue of Motor Cyclist. Its a mid-70's Honda 550 motor mounted crossways, mated to a BMW R25 gear box and a shaft drive from a Yamaha Virago. Every other inch of the bike was hand crafted.
