I got this info from the owner manuall.
And I have a doubt.

1st: 3.06:1
2nd : 2.01:1
3rd: 1.52:1
4th 1.21:1
5th 1:1
front 18 teeth
Final Ratio 2.11:1 (Their way of saying the rear sprocket has 38 Teeth)
rear tyre 110/90 18"

So I have this spread sheet which tells you what speed you can reach in each gear etc.
My doubt is there is something missing in the above info.
On the RD we call it the primary Ratio i.e. the ratio between the gear on the crank and the gear on the Clutch bell.
Without this info its hard to work the numbers. Or is that number being ignored here i.e. its worked into your gear ratios.
Most bikes Give you the ratios as
First gear X Teeth by Y teeth = Ratio
And the primary ratio is taken into account separately.

Can somebody tell me the ratio on the Primary drive for the UCE 500.

Hi Chinoy....

The Service Manual for the export C5 / E5 / G5 lists the following

Primary ratio 2.15:1
Overall ratio
1st 3.063:1
2nd 2.013:1
3rd 1.522:1
4th 1.212:1
5th 1.00:1

Secondary ratio
2.235:1 / 101 pitch chain ( E5/ G5 )
2.11:1 / 102 pitch chain ( C5 )
The rear tyre is listed as 100/90-19" -57V 3.5x90 ( E5/G5 ), and
110/80-18" - 58V  (C5), both with 28PSI, 30PSI with pillion

Other than that, its fairly vague, but I hope the information is of some help to you.

 :)

Hope you can read this
This is a very crude method which does not take into account aero drag and gravity.
If you take that into account 85 MPH is the max you can get with 27 BHP.
