It's not a guy, it's a group from Lithuania (or someplace like that- basically Russians) who are wanted by the FBI and Interpol already.   I guess enough stupid people try to buy from them that it makes sense for them to take the time to do this.

It's probably just a bot that's been programmed to post spam on SimpleMachines web fora, like ours.

There are ways to change the account creation settings so that bots can't sign up, such as implementing a CAPTCHA image prompt during sign-in or requiring authentication through a valid email address.
