Sounds like the rings are stuck in the grooves on the piston.  Or has a broken ring.  An oil return gallery may also be plugged with gunk from the oil that was in the engine when it was parked.  Possibly the return pump screen is plugged.  I'd probably pull the oil screens after I drained the oil to see if the screen on the return and supply  oil pumpa are full of trash first and go from there.

If you have a compression tester then go for that, but also drain all oil and fluids and flush with a petroleum cleanser.  You don't want to clean every bit of oil out (then you'd have metal on metal) but something like seafoam or a cheaper alternative can't hurt at all.

I've messed with old HD's that have set up for upteen years and it sounds like stuck rings to me. Spray alot of PB Blaster in the plug hole and fill the oil tank with motor flush, wait an hour. Then leave the plug out and kick it over for 5 or 10 min to circulate the oil through the engine. Drain it out and fill it up with fresh oil and filter. Kick for 5 min, install spark plug and fire it up with the tappet cover off to see if oil is flowing from the head. Let it run till warm and drain, replace oilfilter, refill oil tank.
It sems like it's a long process and costly but how much does it cost to rebuild an engine? :o :o
Used oil will turn into acidic sludge in the bottom end and tar in the top end and oil lines. Trust me,been there, done that.

Thanks guys,

My friend replace the oil and check the oil flow, looks in order... and use it for a wile, could be stuck ring... but with the use around the block everything return to the normality. ;D

The bike has around 150 Miles on it. "NEW" ;) ;)
Regards,

Gibran.
