They've blanked out the logo on the tank, but it's definitely a late model RE, and it might be a C5.

  The bar lights are a dead giveaway.  But it's cool it wasn't a H-D this time.

Tonight on the Lehrer report on PBS there was a report on Afghanistan. There in the middle of a group of Afghani men was, I believe, a Royal Enfield complete with crash bars.
