I haven't received confirmation from Uncle Ernie yet. I offered to write a letter to his parole officer explaining there will be no young children present, and if that doesn't work I think we can wrap his ankle bracelet in aluminum foil. ;D
I have only been to R&D once, in 2006, and got lost going there. ::) I'll have to call and make sure he will be open.

I think we'll come down from Brevard, probably 226 past Caesars Head, to 11. Last time I took a wrong turn thru some area called Pumpkin Path or something and somehow ended up at the dealer.

If you ever come up this way, 11 to 178 or 226 is a good ride, or pick up 64 in NC and follow it over. 64 is a good road.

Bernie Bernie Bernie...  Boone's Farm doesn't make Pumkin Path anymore.  Nobody liked the flaour as it came back up.  Why not call this place?  Can they afford a website?

I was thinking of taking Brevard Rd (191) down to Oldpeopleville to meet Bernie.
After that- Katy bar the door!
Run what ya brung

Well, brothers, I cannot make it on Thursday... but you two Yanks ought to meet up with Laurence at R&D and do some running around... I had the pleasure of meeting Br. Laurence at the British in the Blue Ridge Rally this past June... y'all be sure to say 'Howdy' to Br. Rich (Ricardito) Evans... I'll be thinking of you, men!
