Just got done doing some Dyno time on a new G5. She ran pretty good. Rev limiter kicks in at 5K and she still has some more to go at that point.

How about you guys throw out some guesses as to the Rear Wheel Horsepower she put out and I will put the results up in the morning.   ;)

I also have a comparison against a Iron Barrel Dyno run that I had. Both bikes are stock, EFI had 700ish miles on her and the Iron had 16K+.

Let the guessing begin!  ;D ;D

Stock, I'll hazard 26 at the rear wheel.

On the eighth day God created the C5, and it was better looking than anything on the planet.

The G5 registered 33 HP at the rear wheel...  ;)

I'd say about 18HP at the rear wheel.

HeRE are two graphs, one with EFI alone and the other against a old Iron Barrel. 21 Rear Wheel Horsepower at 4800 RPM's and over 26 Ft Pounds of Torque from before 3K to almost 4K.

Br. Westie, it looks like Br. Ace came the closest with his "22 hp" prediction!  Does this mean he wins the G5?  :D

Mike and Stumpy, I did not see your prediction: "G5 - twenty"... oops... I apologize for the omission and congratulate you, as well...  :)
