   I sold my enfield on ebay.I know I'll regret it.Anyhow,her new home will be Fort Myers,Fla.New owner loves british bikes,owns a BSA.I told him about this board and it's wonderful members.So keep an eye out for a white 2000 classic"civillian military".I hope he enjoys her as much as I have.

Statistics show that many people who sell their Bullets, end up buying another one in the future.
Seller's remorse.

While it may be somewhat troublesome to live with a Bullet's issues, it is often found to be worse to live without its pleasures.
I predict you will buy another one at some point in the future.

There are a few RE dealer in South Florida,  I always see bikes for sale in them parts at good prices..     I know there is a dealer in Ft Myres, and  with winter around the corner its riding season in Florida.

Br. Buck, been there, done that... sold a 2000 Classic and bought a 2004 Sixty-5 (Perla)... she's not EVER going on sale!!!  Good luck... stay in touch... and, as Br. Poz wrote:

No friend Buck, these guys don't have a clue.  Forget the UCE and stick with the good ones, either a Classic Bullet or an AVL- otherwise you may end up having nothing to do. ;D

well i'm not gonna lie, Buckeye, she's a beauty. i'd be hard pressed to let go of a bike like that.

see you next season when you cave and buy a C5 or something. ;D

It was a fine machine, and I almost bid on it.  If I had the money available, she would have been mine!!!!  I did take a few of the profile pictures you had on the auction to use as one of my rotating Enfield wallpapers.  :)

Granted it would have been a stretch of a drive from down here in southern Georgia to pick her up, but would have been well worth it.

Well I can't slap you beacuse its a BMW and by george my whole family had a BMW at one time or another and i've a special place for the /2's in my heart........she's a nice one. Happy BMW'ing and hope to see you back!

Mite be the one thing REs and BMWs have in common is regret when sold.Pretty soon the money is gone and yer left with nuthin'.
