There are plenty in India, a member in Nepal ,but it seems that in many Western countries where the Enfield is a much loved bike, there are very few places where you can go and ride an Enfield.
Not really talking about solo rentals, but more of tour rentals.
We don't have any over here that I am aware of, I don't think Aussie has any either.

Are there any/many in the USA, Europe or Canada?
Just thinking of some of the posts about new dealerships. Maybe setting up a tour part of the dealership would add another dimension to the business.

Of course, with a guided tour, you have much more control over the treatment of the bikes, road conditions etc.

Here's one in the UK.
Don't know anything about them.

I found this one a while ago advertising in Classic Bike Guide. Tours start in Thurso- waaaay northern scotland. Prices are all inclusive tours. Bikes are all Bullets. I imagine one would need some versatile waterproof and warm gear to ensure that it's fun no matter what.

2008 Bullet Classic- Iron
My other bike's an Ironhead. It's like working on the Enfield twice.
