Papa Juan has not logged in for almost a week.

I miss his activity.

Perhaps he's on vacation, or something?

I suspect he's out gallivanting around with Perla again ;)

Dear Brs. Ace, Dannie, Will, Rick and Scotty:

I'm back after after a 7-day absence... I lost an 80 year old cousin (more like an older brother) in NJ on Monday of this past week... I took the family with with me to attend the viewing, the funeral and to spend a few days with the dwindling old members of the clan and the growing new members of the clan... the 18 year difference between my oldest brother and I did not affect our relationship -- we were very close... he's now resting with the Boss!!!

I thank all of you for your APB... the DJ does know how to "edGe (HiM) OuT" his buddies... La Bamba by the original artist, Trini Lopez was a great selection, Br. Scott... I invite all of you to spin the tune I include below from the 1950s, the original Cuban Mambo King, Perez Prado  WOWZAA!!!

Death is of course part of life, but you do bring a lot of life to this forum, Bro Cabo and we all appreciate you - such a positive force and so lucky of your cousin to have had you for a close friend.

I too lost a 'cousin' last week - that is a cousin by marriage, but one who died young (drowning) and never reached even a part of his potential.  That is when it is so sad.

Sorry for your loss, Cabo.

Next time you take time off, have no fear. I am ready to assume your persona until you get back. I will call myself Cabo Cruiser, REA# 119. Please send your social security number and credit card number so it will seem authentic. I have been practicing my WOWZAA!
I have to go polish my bike (Berla) now. Take care.

All you guys are entirely too much -- shame we cannot meet, say, every Wednesday night for pizza and, more importantly, to press the flesh... and, Br. Larry, I send my positive thoughts and prayers for you and the family for such an untimely loss!  Br. Blue, I'll be sure to PM you in advance of any future forum MIA situations that come up for me so that you can keep up the good (?) work... and, thankfully, Br. PhilTex, will keep you honest...   ;)
