The two sprockets are the same width, the 18 tooth does not go on all the way. I guess I need to find a good file and try to work it on. Anyone else have trouble getting their 18t on?

No luck, I put the 17 tooth back on, it is tight and right. Still pops out of 5th gear and only 5th gear. Any suggestions for a next step?
