Since Ive come back to my senses and got me Bulls back, I thought it might be nice to relaunch Midlands Bullets. Anyway, heres the link to the site, have a look round and if youre interested, join the forum where midlands rides can be planned easier.

I thought it was a place Steven King wrote about. Actually, I still do.

I dont think Steven King gets as twisted in his stories as it is round here!  ;)

I agree. I had stopped reading him, but picked up his gunslinger series. It was pretty good.

But I am taking us off topic. I am glad you brought your site back, I looked around a bit, and will check back.

Take care,

Malc - I think I'm from your neck of the woods - I left the area about 30 years ago - went off & joined the army (never to return... well only very occassionly).

My local bike shop was Chells - I think that was where you bought your Bullet from - your story of buying back your original bike seems to be getting around the net a bit  ;D

Best of luck with getting the 'Midlands' interest going.
Will you be at the classic show in Stafford this weekend?
Cheers
Nick

Hello UK Classics! I live in Cannock Staffs, and yes, it was Chells, and the first Bullet sale they made was to me. Are you in the area at the moment? We have a ride planned for the 3rd round the Bewdley, Bridgenorth and Ironbridge area if youre interested.

Yes, will be at the Stafford show tommorow as it happens, look out for a crippled looking fellow with a weird seat on a strap! My mrs carries it a lot but I can only walk so far then need to sit a while. That show is massive and Ive never yet managed to see it all in one go!
