Several years ago there was this guy In California that found a good deal on a 3 year old Bullet in another state. His problem was that he couldn't get it reg'd in Cali due to low miles. The call went out over the internet and there was this guy in Illinois that sent him his speedo with 18,000 miles on it for the reg process... 
I learned 2 valuable lessons in this-

I have a 2006 bullet thunderbird in India . I wanted to get it shipped into USA in PA . Is there anyone who could help me ?

Hmm,  If you plan on staying you might have to title it in the US  you might be able to ship it and get it through customs using this form..

If you plan on staying in PA  I would suggest removing the VIN and try to title it as a kit bike..    I think it can be done as per this form...
