Has any one done the choke cable conversion? If so whet cable did you use?

I haven't done it, but If I were going to do it, I'd get an Amal handlebar-mounted choke lever with a cable that is suited for that Amal choke lever on a Brit bike. The choke cables need to have a stiff wire in them so they can work in both directions.
Call Sudco and see what they have for it. They are pretty helpful.

I don't think I'll need a stiff cable. Its got a HD spring in it. Should return good.I am going to try it with a decompress cable.waiting for it to come in.I did buy a britt lever. so we shall see.

Well the Decomp cable did not work out as I had planed. :( I mean it fit well into the plunger but, I can't get it through the adjuster or the spring.Going to thread it all together and try to make it myself.. Wish me luck
