I got a note from Mark Hoyer at Cycle World tonight. He says the article looks as it it will be 6 pages, plus two pages by Peter Egan. Sounds like they are doing a pretty extensive job.

Kevin, that's a LOT of pages for CW to give to any bike!  Awesome.

Are they reviewing the G5 or C5?

Apparently they even refer to the new UCE power unit as "dare I say, Japanese quality?"
which is a pretty big thing to say.

Since I'm keeping my old Bullet, I may have to relegate myself to the "Bullet Classic Model" forum pages with the other Luddites.
Not sure if I can really enjoy forum banter about what wax or polish people like to use on their Bullets, or discussions about the color of the electric starter button not matching their paint scheme perfectly.
"Suffered a kick-back  during starting the other day, and it nearly broke my thumb" ha ha ha!
New forum topics:
"New hobbies for occupying your spare time?"
"Is the Bullet 'too reliable'?"
"Why don't they make cables that can't break, and tires that don't wear out?"
"Help! Need to decide which color!"

Exciting new products:
Piston key fob, so you can find out what one looks like.
Decorative push-button heads for your starter button.
Electric seat warmer.
IPOD programmed with MP3 of valve clatter, to listen to while riding.

Just having a bit of fun, chaps! :D

Ace.cafe, have you been reading the forums from some German production motorcycles? All those ideas have already been used!  ;D

There's a Choke lever? Why?  Not a problem, never had anything without one, just curious.

They drove the C-5 the most and also took more pictures of it. It is the "new" bike.
