 tire is 130/70 - 18. manual says tube is 130/80 - 18.

I thought the tube size was like 4.50 x 18 or something like that.

400/450/475 - 18

Hope you're already sorted, though. Good luck. How's the tyre to pull off the rim, easy enough?

My Dunlop K70s still use the old-style sizing designations (3.25-19.front, 3.50-19 rear) but the same size tube in both with no complaint. My advice would be to call the good folks at Bike Bandit and let them square you away properly. They delivered my tires and tubes so quickly you'd have thought they were crouching with them in the bushes. I believe they still have free delivery on orders over $100, so you may want to check out their website for other needful gear. A nice cool mesh jacket perhaps? I cannot speak highly enough of Bike Bandit and their superb customer service. You will NOT need to engage in a linguistic tug of war with "Skip" in the Phillipines stumbling through a tedious script pasted onto the wall of whatever shack he's in in Mindanao.

Hmmm...I always thought "Skip" was in India as he regularly thanks me "for calling on this most auspicious day".  ;)

Hope you put in new rim strips while you were at it!    Cheap insurance.
