Just about to get back at the Blackhawk and was looking on HC's for over-sized crank bearings and it dawned on me.
I don't think the Blackhawk is an Indian model at all.  I think it is in fact a 1964 Series I Interceptor.
The bike is titled as a 1958 Indian Trail Blazer but things have never added up.  Dual instrument cluster without nacelle, K2F mag, 3/8" cylinder studs, the back spacing bolt on the primary cover, and just the general fact that it is in fact an Interceptor frame.
AND the fact that my new +.040 Connie pistons dropped clean thru the old cylinders.......
Now I'm at a loss because I have brand new stock bore Connie cylinders and forged pistons that I have already carefully over-sized the cylinder stud holes.

What to do, what to do.   ???
