It should be 2wd but doesn't look it. The frame, wheel an fender are Ural but the tub is homemade plywood. I smell a partial wreck that was pieced back together, some things don't add up on that rig. If the motorcycle portion runs well and is solid than you are not doing too bad for the price but you won't actually be getting a Gear UP. A Ural tub wouldn't be to hard to find to improve on what's there, getting it back to 2wd wouldn't be cheap.
