Great. The land speed and custom bike builders have had their way with the bike but they won't let the man in the street have one. Yawn. I'm over it.   This thing has been promised and leaked and shown blah blah for so long it's old news before anyone can buy one.  Next....

Totally agree! Its a bit much that customizers are able to do land speed record attempts and yet still no ride review for Joe customer.
Now half way through September 2018.
I couldn't wait and have bought two bikes since originally muted as twin or V-twin. Still looking forward to the release though. Maybe 2020. ::)

After look Iooking closely at that picture, there is practically nothing in common with the LSR bike and the street bike except maybe the tank.

NOS is a quick and cheap way to get a big hp burst for a short run. Not good for regular riding. 900cc doesn't exactly match the stock 650cc displacement either.

Still, I congratulate the team for their effort, and the record. I am sure they worked hard.
