Hey guys,
Im still learning lots about my bike.

I did a bunch of reading from different posts about our valves.  From what I understand:

1) There are hydraulic lifters meaning that the valves never need adjustment for the life of the bike. 

Is that correct? What about push rod lengths?

1) Correct, maintenance free.

Pushrods are fixed in length.

I like it better than the ohc for that matter where you have to adjust valve gaps. To the general engineering society specially Europe it's of course antique, the average customer gives a f###.

Always disliked car engines with belt drive.

Sweet! Yes they are, but don't the pushrods lengthen or shorten with stress/heat/age/wear and tear?

Sure they do and so does the barrel, it's taken care of by the hydraulic lifters.
