     That's a custom made header pipe. Very intricately cut and welded. You won't find THAT pipe on Amazon :o :o :)

       I'd love to hear it downshift to 3rd and decelerate down a long incline.

That would sound fat, indeed. 
If you want to make a pipe like it, you can buy bend kits from places like Dime City Cycles that you weld up yourself.
