Attached are three photos of a 2001 Royal Enfield Bullet(?) that I saw today.  The owner said that he had replaced the iron cylinder barrel with some sort of aluminum barrel, along with making a lot of other modifications to the bike, using mostly Hitchcock parts. The bike looks really good to me and I liked the changes that he made.    However, since I know little about the Iron Barrels, I'll let you be the judge of his work.

Very common and effective  modification. Most higher performance modded old Bullets would have it.

All Fireballs have always had it.
