Attached are three photos of a 2001 Royal Enfield Bullet(?) that I saw today.  The owner said that he had replaced the iron cylinder barrel with some sort of aluminum barrel, along with making a lot of other modifications to the bike, using mostly Hitchcock parts. The bike looks really good to me and I liked the changes that he made.  :)  However, since I know little about the Iron Barrels, I'll let you be the judge of his work.  ;)

Very common and effective  modification. Most higher performance modded old Bullets would have it.

All Fireballs have always had it.

That's a really nice lookin' bike, but that crooked knee pad would drive me Nuts  :) ;) :o ???
RI USA '08 Black AVL Classic.9.8:1 ACEhead/manifold/canister. TM32/Open bottle/hot tube removed. Pertronix Coil. Fed mandates removed. Gr.TCI. Bobber seat. Battery in right side case. Decomp&all doodads removed. '30s Lucas taillight/7" visored headlight. Much blackout & wire/electrical upgrades.
