Very nicely put together, seems to have had the full Hitchcock trials kit along with their 50's style headlamp brackets and top yoke. The battery carrier is intended for one of their replica 50's rubber cased batteries, which is why the smaller modern battery looks a bit lost in there. 21" front fenders on a 19" wheel look odd, a 21" rim and tire would have set the thing off nicely.
