Wrc323 -- I like your careful color and texture match to the recycle bin and slat fence in the background.  Good show!   ;D  And very nice looking motorcycle.  May you have many years of trouble-free riding.  With the sun in your face and the wind at your back.

Hi all,

First post, picked up my first RE today. :) She's a 2015 Royal Enfield Classic 500 with 11000km's. I'm upgrading from a Honda Ct110 and it'll be my work commute.

Welcome to the forum!  Did you ditch the Honda completely?  My wife's got a Honda Biz 100 and a Honda Wave 110, very similar to your old bike.  The Royal Enfield is in a whole different category.  Enjoy your new wheels!

Thanks guys.

No, I haven't gotten rid of the Honda. In fact there are another two in the garage along with a Sachs Madass! I will be selling those two and the Madass though.

Rode out to the Pisgah covered bridge in Asheboro Saturday. The bridge was built in 1911 by J. J. Welch at a cost of $40. It is one of two remaining All wood Covered bridges in North Carolina.

Sheesh...is this thread only for Battle Green Classics? I'm a new forum member but I'll risk a ban by posting a pic of my 2015 Classic Desert Storm out on Route 66.

Welcome to you and your sandy ride, Blasterz! My hunch from that shot at Funks Grove is that she's a great little traveler that one. I like a bike with some real baggage.

If you liked Route 66, you'll love its older transcontinental brother, the Lincoln Highway.
