frankenbullet lives with the donor 2016 bullet engine. i gutted the original and have many useful parts for them that need'um. shit-canned the split cases, but pretty much everything else is up for grabs. did i mention free?

I’ll check part numbers to see if the cylinder head cover is the same on my GT as the 500 Bullet. If so, I could use the cover.
Cheers,

from everything i can see, the rocker covers are the same. the increased bore should not affect the external upper head dimension.

I need a head steady bracket if you have one.

Wow!
That's a pretty severe case of overkill.

A piece of 1/8" cold rolled steel would be easier to work with and it is probably twice as strong as the OEM thing. :)

We used to sell some heavy duty head braces that we had made. The broken ones in the words of Tim Hirdler were "the gift that keeps on giving". Later model ones are better. If you need one make it yourself from heavier stock

Folks could make an adjustable head steady if they be handy shop rats, or they can order one from Hitchcocks. I'll make mine from plate stainless I reckon.
Nothing better than a nice putt on an RE.

Are the two cams available? I've getting some tuning work done on my engine, and would like to try custom grinds on stock cams. Hitchcock cams aren't cheap you see.

Oh, and other timing related bits (followers, rods, etc). Happy to make a donation :)
