ByBre is a subsidiary of the renowned brake manufacturer Brembo. In fact, "ByBre" is a clipped abbreviation of "By Brembo".  So how bad could they be?  That said, this review of their wares claims that a sweet spot might be found by using those ByBre calipers, but with Scandinavian Brake Systems (SBS) RS pads.  So that might be worth a try. A worldwide directory of SBS distributors can be found at http://uk.sbs.dk/business-areas/motorcycle/distributors.aspx/, and I'm sure they can help one match the right pads for the caliper.

But then, what the hell do I know? I've got drums front and rear.
