Hi does anybody have an idea as to how to properly remove the PAV-Pulse air valve or something like that from an Indian Spec Continental Gt.

Also the benefits in terms of performance.
Yamaha RD 350
Honda CB500T (1975)
RE Continental GT
1977 CB750 Supersport
1976 CB550K
2007 Bandit 1200

You take it all off, and plug all openings that are exposed from the removal.

Don't believe you will get any performance benefit. It will look better though, and weigh a little less. 8)

Also can somebody point out, which size & what bolt to plug the cylinder head.

Hi I have removed the PAV, however I’m having trouble in sourcing the perfect bolt to close the cylinder head in India. Can anyone please check the size of the bolt in their GTs and advise me of the dimensions please & any other alternative bolt which can be sourced from any other bike or car.

There are no UCE bikes the the US with that hole. Only India. In the US, there is just a blank casting boss without any hole. I have never seen the hole, and don't know what size it is.

Is it possible to remove the bosses on USA model?
They look like zits on the cly head

Yes, you can grind it off, carefully, and blend it to fit with the head shape.
