I think it is end of month bikes. Toward the end of the month the only thing that matters are the numbers on the electronic sign at the end of line which shows how many bikes were made that day/month.
Having said all of that my observation is the bikes coming off the line now are worlds better than those from only a few years ago. Those of us in the US have the added advantage because RENA preps each bike before they go to the dealers. Most if not all of the typical RE assembly problems are caught and remedied here.

It is possible that the problem is caused by the faulty valve collet, or not perfectly locked in the inlet valve.
Then also replace valve collet.
To scruple check also connecting rod (suffered great shock)
