The little 350 Clipper has been on something of a roll, lately, with two wins, one second place and one DNF [while in second place on the last lap] at Cadwell Park. The DNF is probably just a rocker / pushrod issue and it is actually still running.
The 500 went well against some strong competition, finishing one race in 6th place out of 16, with some top notch machinery behind, but a broken wheel spindle in its' next race put it out of action after that.

Congratulations. Not bad for no finesse at all.  ;)

Is there a page where one could follow the classic racing season. Honestly I find it more interesting than MotoGP.

Thanks, otto - there is this, which doesn't appear to have been updated any time recently:

Nice FB group, joint. I need to re-bush my cam's by the way. No one seems to sell UCE camshaft bushings, any clue if the iron barrel bushes would fit. UCE is 5/8"id x 3/4"od x 1/2.

Pretty sure they are the same. The spindles are 5/8" on both machines.

Congrats to Paul and the team on the fine results at the track.

Thanks, Ace.
oTTo, I have just checked some standard 535 GT cams and they are the same fit as the old type Bullet cams on the cam spindles. I THINK the O.D. of the bushes are also the same, but I would have to press the good bushes in these GT cams out to know for sure and I don't want to disturb them when I don't need to. Hope this helps.
