Is copying the sincerest form of flattery? I do like the fenders though.

....it's much easier atleast than to come up with something yourself. Nobody own's the "CAFE RACER" though, and the basic style is common to them all.

kind of ironic that the Indian press would take that kind of moral high ground. I bet the Thai version has all its bolts tightened and no rags in the crankcase.
Edit: looks like you can buy a 125, 150 or 250cc version direct from the Chinese manufacturer by the container load on Alibaba. Looking at the detail photos, if you didn't know better you might think it really is a CGT!
Some pics show the same bike with a more triumph style tank, that looks a bit nicer.

Wonder if the quality control is any better than Royal Enfield?

It's no surprise how similar it looks to the RE Continental GT. I wonder who would buy this?

Someone without enough money to buy the RE? Or someone wanting to take advantage of lower registration costs for smaller capacity bikes?

Actually, since I just took my written test to have my driver's license renewed last week and had to study the DMV handbook, in California motorcycles with engines of 150cc and above are legal to ride on CA freeways.  Whether or not you would want to do so, is another question of course.
